"The agents need better listening skills and should communicate to their insured changes, fees, timelines of those fees and should remove coverage you have repeatedly requested be removed not add additional coverage. Who requests full coverage on a 2004 vehicle that is parked and hasn't run for almost a year? No one. Use a little common sense people. When questioned about it it takes 3 phone calls and an email to get a response and they refuse to listen and keep saying "that's not what the very detailed notes say". They would not share those notes with me. After 20 years of being with state farm I have left. I should have left when the agency was sold just like many others did. Update: Ms Keen, it is very clear from your response and your email that you were not listening during our conversation. That was and is the issue, not your "processes". You made some very inappropriate comments to me personally that were not only unprofessional but unwarranted especially considering this was not the first issue I've had with your agency. I suggest in the future, in order to retain your clients you try to listen to thier concerns before passing judgement on them. I'm sure you have received the notice of cancelation from my new agency so I consider this matter closed."

"Hi Liz, thank you for reaching out. I hear your frustrations and understand that you are concerned. I sent you an email with a copy of that change request from May. I hope between that email and our conversation yesterday there will be some additional clarity around our process. I apologize for the delay in responding to your voicemails that were left over the holiday weekend, but I’m glad we were able to connect on Monday when we were back in the office. For the future if there are any immediate questions or concerns outside of office hours we have our 24 hour good neighbor service available as an option when the office number is called, if a customer chooses to leave a voicemail instead we will call them back as soon as we are back in office. I look forward to discussing this further with you, please feel free to reach out via email mail or on the phone. "
